ok - so I know this is a name of a Paul Mort workout but I don't know what his is - just know the name.  In fact the name came about accidently.  Workout involves 4 exercises stacked,  I asked the class to name the workout - one girl said '4ply' - as in the wood that is made from 4 layers of wood stuck together..of course I heard 4play...honest I did!!!  Inuendo heaven..class were in tears from pain and laughter by end of it.

 

So, 4 exercises, 30 seconds each, 3 x through = 6…

It's pretty tough and definitely will push your limits physically and mentally.
